Vision:The New Haven Public Schools Comprehensive School Counseling Program addresses the developmental needs of all students in a culturally responsive and inclusive manner. It is based on the overarching belief that all students can reach their potential as productive citizens when provided with equitable access to academic preparation and social/emotional support services that prepare them for postsecondary educational and vocational opportunities.
