The mission of the Department of Operations within the framework of the New Haven Public School District. Is to provide quality and safe spaces for all New Haven Public School students and faculty. Our successes are achieved through a collaborative project planning and construction management delivery system. It is a goal of the department to be a leading example for a culture of safety.
VISION- Serve as the District’s source for planning, information, recommendations, and project implementation for the successful development and use of our facility infrastructure.
- Provide leadership with construction project management as a team committed to working at the highest professional level while providing excellent customer service.
- To be stewards of the District’s facility resources.
